Terms & Conditions for Advertisers
1. Acceptance of Terms
By submitting an advertisement, listing, content, or making payment on Listify.co.in (“Portal”), the advertiser (“Client”) agrees to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all advertising formats including listings, banners, creatives, videos, sponsored content, and promotional services.
2. Advertiser Content Responsibility
The Client is solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and authenticity of all submitted content including business details, images, videos, logos, contact numbers, websites, and claims.
Listify.co.in does not verify or endorse the products or services advertised.
The Client confirms that the advertisement does not infringe any copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or third-party rights.
3. Advertisement Approval & Rights
Listify.co.in reserves the right to approve, reject, edit, suspend, or remove any advertisement without prior notice if the content is misleading, offensive, illegal, prohibited, or harmful to the Portal’s reputation.
Approval of an advertisement does not imply endorsement by Listify.co.in.
4. Advertisement Duration & Visibility
Advertisements and listings will be displayed only for the period selected in the advertising package (e.g., monthly, yearly, or 5-year listing). AI Generated Video and Social Media promotions for the clients who enrolled before May 30th 2026
Ad placement, visibility, rotation, and impressions are subject to portal availability and system algorithms.
Listify.co.in does not guarantee fixed leads, sales, customer inquiries, website traffic, SEO ranking, or conversions.
5. Payments & Refund Policy
All advertising fees must be paid in advance.
Payments once made are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.
No refunds will be issued for early termination, business closure, any hacking of the site , or collapse of the site abruptly , dissatisfaction with results, or unused ad periods.
6. Content Modifications & Updates
Basic updates such as contact details or minor text edits may be allowed during the active period.
Major changes including creative redesigns, category changes, or repeated revisions may attract additional charges.
Listify.co.in reserves the right to limit the number of modifications.
7. AI-Generated Videos, Creatives & Designs
AI-generated videos, images, and creatives provided by Listify.co.in are for promotional use only.
Ownership and usage rights remain with Listify.co.in unless otherwise stated in writing.
The Client shall not resell, redistribute, or use the creatives on third-party platforms without written permission.
8. Third-Party Links & External Platforms
Advertisements may contain links to the Client’s website, social media pages, or external platforms.
Listify.co.in is not responsible for the content, availability, security, or practices of third-party websites.
9. Promotional & Social Media Services
Free or organic social media promotions, creatives, or visibility offered by Listify.co.in are subject to platform rules, reach limitations, and content suitability.
Organic promotion does not guarantee impressions, engagement, or inquiries.
10. Suspension & Termination
Listify.co.in reserves the right to suspend or permanently remove advertisements or listings without refund if the Client:
Violates these Terms & Conditions
Provides false or misleading information
Promotes illegal, restricted, or unethical services
Causes reputational damage to the Portal
11. Limitation of Liability
Listify.co.in shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses including loss of business, revenue, or reputation.
Maximum liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the Client for the advertisement.
12. Indemnification
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Listify.co.in, its owners, employees, and partners from any claims, losses, damages, or legal actions arising from the advertisement content or promoted services.
13. Force Majeure
Listify.co.in shall not be held responsible for delays or failures due to events beyond reasonable control including server issues, internet failures, natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical outages.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction Hyderabad only.
15. Amendments
Listify.co.in reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms will become effective once published on the website.
